What is personal information?

Regarding privacy policy, personal information refers to all those information related to an individual, including the name, date of birth, e-mail address, along with any other kind of information (image, sound, symbol, code) which can be identified with an individual.

How we collect personal information

We may collect personal information such as your name, company name, date of birth, and email address when you use some services.
Please note that all the information will be collected by lawful and fair means in accordance with the purposes expressed below in the following chapter.
We do not collect or use any personal information related to ethnicity, family lineage, family background, registered address, religion, political opinion, or membership in labor union.

Purpose of collecting and using personal information

The purposes for which we collect or use personal information are as follows:

When personal information is leaked from the terminal used by the customer or when personal information is leaked due to the use of a password under the control of the customer.
If the e-mail address entered by the customer in the various application forms is incorrect (in the various application forms, the application information is automatically delivered to the registered e-mail address so that the customer can confirm the contents. Therefore, even if the email address is incorrect, the application information will be automatically delivered to that email address.)
